CHEESECAKE
Crust: 18 sq graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c sugar 1/ 3 c margarine, melted
Mix together and press into bottom and sides of springform cake pan or round cake pan.
Preheat oven to 350.
Filling:
12 oz cream cheese, softened 2 eggs
1/2 c sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla
In small bowl, with mixer on low, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Beat on high until smooth. Pour into prepared crust and bake for 35 minutes until set.
