SAUSAGE GRAVY
1/2 lb ground pork sausage 4 T margarine/butter
4 T flour 2 c milk
Brown the sausage and add margarine. Sprinkle with flour and stir until thick and pasty. Reduce heat to medium-low and while stirring constantly, slowly pour in milk. Cook until mixture is thick and bubbly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
