Pico de gallo
1/2 or whole onion, peeled and chopped
4-5 medium to large tomatoes
½ or whole green pepper, seeded and chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1-2 jalapeno, diced – seeded if you don’t want hot
1/2 tsp salt
¼- ½ c chopped cilantro
½ lime, juiced
Chill at least one hour before serving.
