PECAN PIE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place 1 c pecan halves on a single, non-baked pie crust. Pour the following mixture over pecans.
3 eggs, beaten
1 c dark syrup
2/3 c sugar
1/3 c margarine, melted
1 tsp vanilla
Cover edge of pie crust with foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil. Continue to bake for 20-25 minutes until inserted in center comes out clean.
