MONSTER COOKIE BY DAVID KUEHN

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Line cookie sheets with parchment papers.

In a very large bowl, combine the following ingredients.

          3 eggs                                                                 1 c sugar

           1 1/4 c brown sugar                                    1/2 tsp salt

           1/2 tsp vanilla                                                12 oz jar creamy peanut butter

           1 stick butter, softened                              1/2 c multi-colored chocolate candies

           1/2 c chocolate chips                                  1/4 c raisins

           2 tsp baking soda                                           4 1/2 c quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)

Drop by tablespoons 2" apart onto prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.  Do not overbake.  Let stand about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool.  When cool, store in large resealable plastic bags.
