GRAPE JUICE

Wash grapes in cold water.  Discard any stems.

Fill a thick-bottomed pan with grapes (skin on) and add enough water to cover grapes.  Cover and boil.  Reduce to medium heat until the grapes are soft.

Separate the grapes from the juice using a sieve or for less pulp add cheesecloth or jelly bag.  If just using a sieve and not wanting cloudy juice, refrigerate for 24-48 hours and carefully pour off clear liquid and discard sediment.
