GRANDMA'S CRISPY OATMEAL COOKIE BY HANNA ROOT
1 c butter 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c oatmeal 1 c flour
1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt
Combine sugar, butter, and vanilla. Add in the flour and oats. Don't over mix.
Roll into balls and flatten with a glass on cookie sheet.
Sift powdered sugar on top and bake 12-15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
top with mroe powdered sugar when done, if needed.
