CHOCOLATE WAFFLE COOKIES BY HAYLEE LANTZ

 1.  Melt 2 sq unsweetened chocolate with 1/2 c butter.

2.  In separate bowl, beate 2 eggs with 3/4 c sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.

3.  Add chocolate mixture and 1 c flour.

4.  Drop by teaspoonful on heated waffle iron.  Close and bake on med-low for 2 minutes.

5.  Remove and cool while making the icing.

ICING

1.  Melt 1 stick butter and stir in 2/3 c cocoa.

2.  Add 3 c powdered sugar and 1/3 c milk, beating on medium speed.  Stir in 1 tsp vanilla. 

3.  Frost cookies.
