BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES BY DREW STREIGHTHIFF

3/4 c butter                                                3/4 c sugar

3/4 c brown sugar                                   2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla                                                 1 1/4 c flour

1 tsp baking soda                                      1/2 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 tsp salt                                                  1 3/4 c butterscotch chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees.  Beat butter and sugars until well blended.  Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.  combine flour, soda, connamon, adn salt.  Gradually add to the the butter mixture, beating until well blended.  Stir in butterscotch chips, mix well.  Drop by heaping teaspoons onto greased  cookie sheet.  Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.  Cool completely.
